A Mountainous Force in

Chile

The Andes Range surrounds Santiago

During the week we spent in Santiago, Chile, with our students of Liberation Breathing®, we had the backdrop of the majestic Andes supporting the event and our presence in this remarkable section of the Andes Range. The city is surrounded my these majestic sentinels, and the clear winter atmosphere allowed us to be aware of them on a daily basis. As you can see, many people in South America would come here in the winter for skiing...as July is the middle of winter here in the southern hemisphere! We stayed in the home of our organizers, Paula Estevez and Juan Somavia...and experienced hospitality that was exceptional and warm.

Paula and Juan lead professional lives as well as being passionate about Liberation Breathing® from the Divine Mother. Paula, an engineer, is helping the planet liberate itself from fossil fuels by creating wind power in Chile. She is a project manager for a Danish company that is building "wind parks" to generate electricity. Juan has a background in the diplomatic service of Chile, and currently is an "ambassador" for the exceptional wine industry of Chile, helping to promote its fine grape products worldwide.

The Divine Mother energy was in the Surya Yoga Center of Santiago, where we held a five day Liberation Breathing Intensive I. It is a place with peace and quiet already strongly present....the perfect setting for the seminar....so it made our work there easier and enjoyable. The people went very deeply into their process of introspection, aided by the presence of the Divine Mother to help them through their breathe and release. This "Dancing Goddess" graced the room where we congregated on our coffee breaks.

Of course all of the fun did not stop here. Paula and Juan's daughters, Amelia and Blanca, never ceased to amaze us with their talents at home. Amelia is quite the artist, and Blanca the dancer. Here is a drawing by Blanca of "Sondra and Mark", and a clay sculpture done by Amelia.

Our time in Chile was well spent in training our students in the art of Liberation Breathing®....with the blessing of the Divine Mother behind it all. THANK YOU, Paula, Juan and the people of Chile for putting your spiritual life in a place of high priority. We look forward to coming back next year and continuing our work with you and Alejandra Ramirez who will join the team of committed breathworkers in Santiago.

Last Stop on the European Tour

Why Iceland?

Dear Friends. My computer crashed in Estonia, so this is the first thing I have written on my new Macbook Pro! Maybe this should be titled: "Why it is Worth It to go to Iceland".

I find very, very few things as powerful for people as taking them to India. But this ranks right up there with the amazing changes that can be had...especially in the Blue Lagoon. It is the biggest geothermal mineral bath I know of in the world.... and the strongest. The steamy waters are part of an underground lava formation. I have been in alot of mineral baths, but nothing with healing power such as this. The temperature of the water is about 98 to l04 degrees F. The place is known for positive effects on the skin and many people have been healed of psoriasis there. The water in the Blue Lagoon is totally renewed every two days I think.

Well , try to imagine spending 3 hours a day for 5 straight days in this water with your snorkel and nose plugs, doing Liberation Breathing®!! Not only that, but also we do the amazing Liberation Technique that the Divine Mother taught me..... every day in the water, also. The amazing thing was that the tourists were VERY respectful of us at all times, and of course they were curious as well. We were photographed a lot by the tourists but not interfered with in any way.

We began each morning with the reciting of the l08 names of the Divine Mother in unison. Then we meditated on the physical immortality mantra, or else Om Namaha Shivay. After that people interviewed their buddy for the day and then we hit the lagoon. On one day the group took to sightseeing. We also saw films of the volcanic activity by a local Icelandic film maker. About 79% of Iceland's land is of RECENT volcanic origin, consisting of glaciers, lakes and mountainous lava deserts.

It is light most of the night in July. So even when you are outside of the Blue Lagoon, you are getting a huge dose of Divine Mother energy that is mind blowing. The energy gets you so high on just the natural surroundings, the whole country induces a rebirth.

For five days we gathered together in the Blue lagoon pools and practiced the Liberation Breathing ® Technique from the Divine Mother for three hours in Her wonderful healing waters. Seventeen of us from the USA, Ireland, Sweden, England, Denmark, Poland, and Estonia came to let go of our most negative thoughts and breathe out the past, while doing various other spiritual practices during the rest of the day.

Iceland was the last stop on our seven stop European Tour, but certainly not the least. In fact it was the highlight for Mark and me....a much needed rejuvenation after being on the road for two months. The thermal waters proved to be everything the Divine Mother wanted for us and our students, and the Blue Lagoon staff and facilities made this training an incredible experience for everyone. All walked away transformed, and we got very close in the work......agreeing to keep the bond alive and supporting each other with affirmations and good will sent over the ethers to one another.

Not only was the water at the Blue Lagoon healing in every way, so was the food in the dining room where we all joined for lunch after the breathe in the morning. Lena Kristina Tuulse, from Sweden, put her heart into the organization of the Liberation Breathing® Intensive II. A long time colleague of Sondra's, she has been the main force of rebirthing in Sweden for many years. We were happy to join her this year in Iceland...and hope to be going back every year for this remarkable experience and training. The healing was palpable, and the Divine Mother was very pleased with the appreciation in which the group immersed themselves.

Why Iceland ? Because it is one of the most spiritually charged spots on the planet, and the Blue Lagoon is probably the most celebrated and incredible thermal waters in the world representing the super healing properties of the Divine Mother. Why Iceland ? Because we all need to step out of our routines and go for something adventurous and different, here on the edge of the arctic circle. Why Iceland ? Because it is awesome, and takes us to the edge of Mother Earth's power of reforming itself. And in that energy of reforming, we were all brought a little closer to the Power of who we are as God created us...in a state of perfect happiness.

We spent a week in Denmark teaching the New LRT and giving private Liberation Breathing® sessions in Tove's home in Copenhagen. Tove and her team produced an evening event, where we spoke at the Black Diamond National Library, and introduced people to the ancient Hawaiian Ho'oponopono forgiveness process. This process Sondra and I learned many years ago, and practice it daily. It is a way of taking 100% responsibility for everything in our life, as everything is a result of our thoughts. This modern day process was updated by Morrnah Simeona, a Hawaiian Kahuna, or spiritual master, with whom Sondra studied many years ago. The Streets of Olde Copenhagen

We had our morning of the second day in Denmark to stroll the lovely picturesque streets of Olde Copenhagen, and do a little shopping while we were in the city center.

We were excited to come to Denmark as we had never been there before. We were very very curious why the Danes were studied to be the happiest people in the world. We really tried to figure that out. All I know is that we were very happy there ourselves and it might be due to the fact that the Danes really take care of each other. But a deeper reason might be because they get such a long free maternity leave. The babies then get a really happy start.

We were so well taken care of by Tove and her husband Rolf who prepared for us the most incredible meals. Everywhere we turned, the service was remarkable.

We also met some very powerful people. The seminar itself was held on an estate which was incredibly beautiful as you see here, the Langebaek Retreat Center. We all stayed together in one of the buildings on the estate which was really intimate. It is so wonderful to go away from a place and feel such SATISFACTION because everything went off perfectly. This is because Tove and her team had the high thought to make it that way. When people are naturally into great service. everything flows miraculously.

The people at the New LRT were grateful to get clear on relationships, and have a chance to breathe out negative patterns from their minds and bodies. Hans Moberg came over from Sweden to assist...here he is helping with the group rebirthing. We were impressed by everyone's openness and willingness to share in the group setting. The place was a very peaceful and perfect for a quiet, gentle breathe. All participants felt relaxed and well cared for in this Shangi-la.

Group Liberation Breathing® sessions are offered in the New LRT. Evolving out of the sound practice of rebirthing, conscious connected breathing, Liberation Breathing® adds the power of the Divine Mother to the sessions, as She has the role of transmuting the negative energies that people are releasing to pure light. Placing rebirthing under Her auspices makes the sessions 9X more powerful....and we have witnessed people releasing their past traumas much faster by reading the 108 Divine Mother names to the group as they complete their breathing cycle. We are so grateful to have received this boon of Divine Help and to be entrusted with Liberation Breathing® from the Divine Mother.

One of the joys of the training was to have delicious meals prepared by the Langebaek Retreat Center staff. It added a sense of togetherness when we gathered for lunch and dinner. Tove and her team were very helpful during the training.

Hans Moberg helped us in Sweden

Hans Moberg helped us to produce a New LRT in Stockholm this year in Sweden. Hans has spent many years in the Swedish breathworkers community, and this year he stepped into a role of organizing for us in Stockholm, where he divides his time between a small flat in the Bohemian south side of Stockholm, and a house in the country. THANK YOU, Hans, for all of your work to bring the Loving Relationships Training to Stockholm!!

Also assisting us in Stockholm was Sondra's dear friend Eva Gundberg, who went to India with the India Quest in 2010, and continues to be involved with rebirthing in the Stockholm area. Eva, also an M.D in obstetrics, having delivered over 15,000 babies, an expert in vertical birth in which the mother squats during delivery, brings her years of overcoming birth trauma to the process of rebirthing. Eva, thank you for your help and support for our work in Stockholm.

Lena Kristina Tuulse, one of the most prominent teachers of breathwork in Sweden, was also present for an evening on Ho'oponopono that we introduced in Stockholm. Sondra and Lena Kristina have worked together for many years, their relationship going all the way back to the 1970's when rebirthing had its beginning in San Francisco, California, in the USA. Lena Kristina is organizing the Liberation Breathing® Intensive II in Iceland next week...and we look forward to spending more time with her on our last stop on the European tour, breathing in the thermal waters of the Blue Lagoon near Keflavik.

We are grateful to those who came to the New LRT in Stockholm. We are particularly grateful for Susanne Hall for singing some of her original songs during the training, and helping us to create a sacred space in which the participants could get closer to their souls. Tiina Pedak is a rising star in Estonia!

We travelled to Tallin, Estonia, after our wonderful trainings in Spain with Maria Jose Borras and our Spanish Liberation Breathing® community. Tiina Pedak is one of the rising stars in the breathwork community there in Estonia....and she organized a weekend workshop at a local yoga center in Tallin. The people in Estonia are very open to the process of using the breath to rise to higher and deeper levels of consciousness. Tiina brought together a mixture of new and experienced breathworkers, as well as some who had never used the breath before as a catalyst for change.

Many thanks go to Kristi Paasuke for her excellent translating work. Kristi has studied breathwork for many years herself, and was a great help to the training, giving accurate translations in Estonian to the people who were new to our work. THANK YOU, Kristi. It was a pleasure getting to know you!

In the weekend we discussed the basic concepts of Liberation Breathing® and began and ended the training with homage to the Divine Mother. People got to look at effective ways to release anger, and the most important steps of forgiving our parents. Also the work in locating and releasing our "personal lie" was discussed on Friday. Saturday was spent looking at the basic family patterns taught in the New Loving Relationships Training, and how to free ourselves from the negative tendencies we inherited from our birth script and family tendencies that were unhealthy. Everyone was very into the breathing by then, and needed the process to let go of the old "stuff" we have been carrying around with us.

It was very heart warming to see how well the people of Estonia took to the breath as a tool of transformation. The group was very willing to share their experiences in the seminar, and some of the sharings were quite profound. Getting in touch with the "personal lie", one's most dominant negative consciousness factor that is often suppressed and submerged in the subconscious mind, was the highlight for many.

All these opportunities to meet powerful women...and men.... of Estonia came to our door. We got to know them in a deeper way...and found them very open to Liberation Breathing® and this introspective "work" we offer in the seminars.

On our last day in Tallin we took a long stroll in the Olde Town of Tallin. At the Olde Hansa house we delighted in honey beer, which is like a meade, and a wild mushroom soup that was out of this world. Sondra set her sights on a piece of jewelry that was indicative of the amber artifacts commonly created in the Baltic states. This piece she put on her "wish list" for when we return to Estonia.....in the near future, we hope.

So leaving Estonia on the ship to Stockholm came with its tinge of the bittersweet. Fortunately Sondra and I were interviewed by journalist Kristiina so she could write up her experience of the training in one of the prominent Tallin magazines.

Maria Jose Borras is one of the most committed people we know who has dedicated her life to service through breathwork and Liberation Breathing® from the Divine Mother. Because of this, she has been elected to serve on the Liberation Breathing® Body, Liberation Breathing®'s governing board of directors worldwide. She has known and organized for Sondra Ray in Valencia for many years now, and there is a bond they have that is very strong and positive. Maria Jose is in the vibration of the Divine Mother. She herself, a mother of three boys, has a natural relationship with the divine feminine energy that is embodied in Liberation Breathing®. She has travelled with us to India on two different occasions to Babaji's ashram at Herakhan, and has surrendered to a life of His teachings: "Truth, Simplicity, Love, and Service to Mankind." On this last trip she and her man, Mauricio, took the very sacred initiation of Mundun, where the head is shaved in the presence of the Master, in this case Babaji and the Divine Mother in Herakhan. Although this is not a requirement to be a Liberation Breathing® practitioner, it certainly makes Maria Jose's commitment to Liberation Breathing® much deeper and more powerful.

We are happy that Maria Jose Borras brings a big heart and a professional background and commitment to Liberation Breathing® in Valencia. It is no accident that the Divine Mother has entrusted her with this work in Spain. She has shown her service in so many ways, and we are honored to work with her in this part of our worldwide network and community. Even when we are "off duty", M.J. makes sure we are well taken care of with trips to Barcelona. This year we visited Antonio Gaudi's Parque Guell, which is one of the architectural and cultural jewels of this famous Catalunyan's repertoire in Barcelona.

Spain was fantastic!

In Spain we spent two wonderful weeks with Maria Jose and Mauricio, doing the New LRT in Valencia, their hometown, and the Liberation Training in the thermal waters near Barcelona, in the small town of Caldes de Montbui. The New LRT was well attended, and we met some new people who inspired us and made our stay there very high and productive. Many thanks go also to our wonderful translators, Irene Jove and Beatriz Fernandez, from the Barcelona area who drove down to Valencia to help out.

The people in Valencia were very moved by the Divine Mother energy. The visit to Spain began with a ceremony to the Divine Mother in the center of Manuela's. We read the 108 names of the Divine Mother with the community, and offered rose petals to the Mother, represented by the painting Mark did of Her in the training in Valencia two years ago.

The New LRT was the highlight of the week spent in Valencia, and we were very grateful that people came from various parts of Spain to participate. One woman from the Basque region, Amaya Arkotxa, came not only to the LRT but also to the week long Liberation Training in Caldes. She also received a private Liberation Breathing® session with us...so she was really "going for it" and we were happy to make a new contact with someone from that region of Spain.

Caldes de Montbui is a sleepy little town north of Barcelona which Maria Jose and Mauricio found for us to give the Liberation Breathing® Intensive II in the thermal waters there, dating all the way back to Roman times. We stay in the Caldes Villa, a prominent hotel in the town, and have the water Liberation Breathing® in the hot tubs which are filled by the natural thermal waters. We virtually take over most of the hotel and the baths, so it almost becomes our private hotel. The togetherness is very strong, as we eat together and breathe together in the waters for five days. Also, in off hours the little town is a delightful place in which to stroll and take in the sights of another era.

Almost from another historic time zone, the streets of Caldes took us into an atmosphere when cars were not the dominant factor in our lives, and walking was a joy. Some of the scenes were unforgettably beautiful in their peace and quiet. In the early evening before dinner we would stroll through the town and catch the leisure of the people and culture of Spain. It felt like "leisure on top of leisure", with no pressure and unnecessary modern noise.

The training was "capped off" by a Liberation Breathing® Session in the pool on the roof of Caldes Villa. Of course, on this last day of the training the water was cold, so people could clear their fears and their "unconscious death urge". We went really deeply into the process of the Liberation technique that SONDRA received from the Divine Mother years ago. People were astounded by the positive results of this technique done in the thermal and cold waters of Caldes. We were sad for the training to come to an end, as it was a joy to meet all of these good people from many parts of SPAIN. We have already planned our trip back next year, and look forward to returning to our "Little Town" near Barcelona, where people can be liberated from their most negative thoughts.

IN PORTUGAL,

ALEX & MARISA ASK US,

"WHO IS YOUR FAMILY?"

Of course, Portuguese hospitality is almost unrivaled in the world, and this dynamic trio, Alexander and Marisa Neto, with their new baby of seven months, Margarita, made sure that we knew they were our official adopted family. We stayed with them for two weeks in their lovely home in Turcifal, a little village outside of Lisbon, and were humbled to be treated like honored guests, and given a central place in their hearts. Alexandre and Marisa own and operate the New Freedom Center in Lisbon which is dedicated to the raising of consciousness of the people. Alex teaches seminars to people in businesses to increase their happiness and productivity, through some of the basic principles of creative thought and getting people in touch with their "inner guide". The New Freedom Center sponsored us to come and teach the New LRT, give private Liberation Breathing® Sessions, and provide some one to one instruction at their Center in the art and practice of Liberation Breathing®.

Of course, "Maggie" Neto stole our hearts as well, and gave us the opportunity to see a wise soul in a baby's little body. She was an example of pure JOY, and did not cry one time during our whole visit in Portugal. The JOY was ours as well, because it was delightful to see a family in harmony, doing work they enjoy, and leading the good life at all levels. We felt so much love coming from these people, and Alex even sent his parents to us for Liberation Breathing® Sessions! Maggie, of course, did not need the process, as she had not taken on any trauma to clear in this life so far. In fact, she was our teacher while in Turcifal.

At the New Freedom Center, we taught the New LRT. The people were very open to receive the Liberation Breathing® from the Divine Mother. The seminar was well attended by some of the local rebirthing practitioners -- Salome Santos, Teresa Aguiar, and Ana Cadima. Were were happy to introduce them to the new expression of rebirthing, Liberation Breathing® from the Divine Mother. It was good to see these women fully in their feminine power. Especially Marisa, who is not only a mother now, but a full partner in the New Freedom Center, and now trained in the practice of Liberation Breathing®

"Just be happy," says Maggie. And that is a philosophy she practices. We would all learn well from her in our everyday lives. She obviously chose to incarnate into a family who already is free of much of their conditioning and family patterns. We were just in a state of constant joy and appreciation due to the high nature of Maggie's relaxed presence. What's there not to like? Well, the question of "Who is your family, Mark Sullivan?" coming from Alexandre, was getting easier and easier to answer the longer we were taken in by these Portuguese gems. When we were not teaching we were enjoying the old world beauty of Lisbon. The streets are bathed with a golden light unique to Portugal, and the sidewalks are as beautiful as any you will see in the world. Sondra spent her "shopping day" in the old town of Lisboa, where the central avenue is paved with intricate designs of marble mosaics.

All in all, our stay in Portugal was extremely productive. We gave many Liberation Breathing® Sessions in the New Freedom center, taught the New Loving Relationships Training, and met some wonderful people involved in the breathwork process. All we need to figure out now is how we can spend more time with our new relatives, now that we are clear Maggie Neto is our guru in waiting and Alex and Marisa are two of our brightest students and associates in our worldwide Liberation Breathing® family!!

European Tour Begins in Ireland

In Cork, a good turn out for lectures!

Many thanks go to Rosemary Khelifa of Dublin, and Vesco Bondov of Cork, for organizing our lectures, private Liberation Breathing® Sessions, and the New LRT, (Loving Relationships Training) in Dublin and Cork, beginning our two month tour of Europe. Rosemary is a teacher and practicing rebirther in the Dublin and Cork region. She brought her passion for the breath and the LRT to our work, and supported many in being introduced to new spiritual alternatives such as Liberation Breathing®, Ho'oponopono, and the New LRT. Vesco is a trantric yoga teacher, as well he has a keen interest in internet marketing and website building. He is the co-founder of an alternative spiritual organization called the Soul Republic.

While staying in Cork we met Dan Brennen, who graciously, along with Bernard O'Sullivan, put us up in the famous fashion of Irish hospitality in their cozy corners of the world. Here are Dan and Rosemary having a wee bit of fun after the LRT Seminar on Saturday night. Dan is also a practitioner of rebirthing, and held up pretty well to being interviewed by SONDRA on the status of his current and past relationships. We had a wonderful time in Cork, and hope to go back there next year and pick up where we left off with the same hospitable people.

Of course Ireland in May is still a bit chilly for us, but Sondra managed to keep away the drafts wearing her recent acquisition from her Greek designer in Athens. She must have known when we were in Athens in March to bundle up with a new wrap! Here is Sondra and Anne O'Flynn in the Cork train station awaiting our trip back to Dublin after the workshop. Anne is a follower of Sai Ma who comes to Cork twice a year and has a very strong group of devotees in that area of Ireland. It was great meeting new people who place their spiritual evolution in the first place.

Julieta is our great organizer in Puebla, Mexico. She is such a great light being and is always radiating joy. On this visit she brought around 35 wonderful new people to The Loving Relationships Training and they were all very open and bright, which is a reflection of herself. We had wonderful meals at her home with her family. She always calls me "Auntie" and that is because she feels I am the "spiritual aunt " for her young son, who happens to be very advanced. It is my pleasure to expose her family to Babaji.....

Julie's Mom has created a wonderful center for spiritual enlightenment. It was Irma who first invited me to Mexico and I have enjoyed a long friendship with her. We stayed at her home and we were made to feel like instant family. Irma is highly trained in many schools and especially in all aspects of Transpersonal Psychology. She is a real gift to the community and brings so much enlightenment to Mexico.

Sondra and I traveled this summer to the Midwest, then to Florida, and ended up in Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aries, Argentina. It took a lot of co-ordination and stamina, not just on our part, but on the part of the good people who worked months ahead to bring their communities to our seminars......and to the feet of a higher purpose in life. What If God Was one of US? And we actually saw that? We would probably have a whole new way of looking at the world and people we meet.

The Midwest generally invokes images of corn fields, small towns with a Main Street and a High Street crossing in the center of town, and a bunch of folks at high school football games. Sandy Aquila has created an oasis of Eastern elements in her OM Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She hosted us in her Center for a day on relationships, as well as a series of private Liberation Breathing® Sessions. She also hosts Buddhist monks who have done the most incredible sand paintings and mandalas. But we were there to breath........simple. The attendance was small but potent. We would like to thank Trishna Horkan and David Bucksner and wife Heather for their kind support. Omaha is a small city, but the seeds of Liberation Breathing are planted for the future, and we look forward to going back.

We saw all over people are concerned with money in these times.....keeping their lifestyles intact.....the mortgage paid, the family fed, and their mental health stabilized to the degree they can relax. There is a lot of pressure out there. All the more reason to breath and remember our inner assets. Who can lose their own divinity? That is the status quo of it. What If God Was One of Us?

After Omaha we drove down to Kansas City to see my Mom and Sister and family. It was bittersweet. My Dad passed last summer and Mom is still adjusting to living alone. My Sister takes excellent care of her needs, looks in on her frequently and has her over for Sunday dinners in the midst of her busy life. We call her frequently on the road, but that is not a substitute for companionship. It is not easy for someone married sixty years to the same person to be living alone all of a sudden. What if God Was One of US? Every encounter would be HOLY.....and those with our Mothers one of the holiest.

After Kansas City we opened up the Chicago area. Kerry Leigh at the helm, supported by Dave Womack, Patrick and Kathryn Andries, all grouped together to produce an LRT. They put their hearts into it and brought together a nice group of people who were eager to look at themselves, and to be introduced to Liberation Breathing®. Much gratitude was in the air, and mostly gratitude we had for Kerry. She came for a Liberation Breathing® session with us in Nashville, Tennessee, and then decided immediately to organize an LRT in Chicago.

It was Sondra's birthday while in Chicago, and Kerry took us into the city on that day to celebrate. We met an old friend of Sondra's, Randy Rubin, a native of the Chicago area, at the Drake Hotel for brunch. Afterward we went to the top of the Hancock Building to see the Chicago vista from a gazillion stories up in the sky. It was awesome to see the energy of mankind's urban endeavors. The Chicago skyline from a couple thousand feet up was breathtaking. These skyscrapers represent feats of engineering genius. But what about the most meaningful "project", to see everybody with the eyes of holiness? What If God Was One of Us? How would we look on that person?

Florida was next. Miami/Ft.Lauderdale is our fastest growing center for Liberation Breathing® in the country.......mostly because of the diligent work of three people: Sula DePaula who opened up the community a few years back, and now Benicio Farina and Lori Reyes who have taken the reins. They manage very well to inspire the people to heal themselves with the power of their minds, hearts and BREATH. We are extremely beholding to these three. They have persevered with conviction, and built a center of community, co-operation, service to the people, and a high frequency of Peace and Joy. What can we say? Sula, Benicio, and Lori.....and all of the many other assistants and participants who made the LRT possible on a scale of grand proportions......we could wash your feet. What if God Was One of Us? I think we saw What could happen.

The LRT opened our vision. Indescribable beauty beyond what the body's eyes could see. People went deeply into themselves and let go of a lot of @^&*^%$W!*^....stuff. The building of joy was palpable. When it came to the end, the process where we acknowledge everyone with the red pin-on hearts felt like ecstasy. The delight in the people would lift the world at large to a higher LOVE.... What If God Was One Of US? We would pull in Heaven on Earth. Look at everyone and see God in their eyes. What better thing do you have to do with your life?

We flew off to Santiago. They had an earthquake not long ago. It was our first time to Chile. The effects were noticeable in the Airport when we arrived...scaffolding and workers in many places making the repairs to the systems. We were tired from a long flight....and no matter how much planning we do, there is always an edge to arriving in a foreign country. Will the person lined up to pick us up be there, especially when it takes two hours to get through customs? Well, when it was Paula Estevez waiting for us, no worries. She is an open heart in a Chilean body...ready to embrace Sondra and me. What If God Was One Of Us? Well, there she was....with wide spread arms around us.

She and her husband, Juan Somavia, brought us to Chile to introduce Liberation Breathing® and the Divine Mother energy to the people. And the insights people need to raise the frequency of their relationships became the main focus of our work in Chile. Juan & Paula have a family of four, with two daughters to round out the "sacred family". We have to commend them for their commitment to breathwork in Chile. Paula, an environmental engineer, and Juan, a diplomatic ambassador for the Chilean wine industry, make up an inspiring couple on the way to their own ascension. What If God Was One Of US? You don't have to look far to find Him/Her.

The seminar was held in a beautiful yoga center, not far from their house. The clean and open nature of the space, and the brilliant light of southern skies, made for a fantastic setting. As in any foreign country, the translation is one of the most important elements of the work. We had and excellent lady to translate. She had lived in Hawaii for many years and was very much into the energy of service. What If God sent this woman to us to help us with the work? What if God Is One of US. Here she is with Sondra:

Liberation Breathing® in Chile brought the blanket of peace to the people we touched. There was an atmosphere of receptivity....that made our work there very enjoyable and effective. Our outreach to the people was made possible by Juan and Paula. Many thanks to them for their dedication, and hospitality they bestowed upon us while in their lovely home.

Buenos Aries was our last stop on the tour, but certainly not least. With the tango one of their national products, the atmosphere there is one of passion and intensity. We stayed with Eleanor Blydenstein and her family. Claudia Dorda (aka Ma Bavali) along with Ara Circo were our organizers. Marta Espezel translated beautifully...even though Sondra speaks some Spanish, it is always necessary to make sure the translations are accurate and precise. Marta did a superb job.

The workshops went well, and the turnout was good. All throughout this tour, the many people who made it possible gave us reason for Extreme Gratitude. Our hearts were opened more and more by their giving nature....which is the real Law of our Creator. If God Is One Of Us, God is in each and everyone of us; it was proven over and over again in all of our encounters, from OMAHA to BUENOS ARIES. Thank YOU to ALL !! A Heartfelt LRT in New York City

The LRT is back in Manhattan, and our new organizer, Anna Brooke, coupled with our friend, colleague, LRT trainer, and fellow rebirther, Maureen Malone, produced an exceptional Loving Relationships Training at the Integral Yoga Institute in the West Greenwich Village area. Also helpful was Jonah Baker, and a handful of assistants who were indispensable to a successful seminar. Anna and Maureen spearheaded the event, and the quality of the space, the people attending, and the atmosphere of Integral Yoga Institute was extremely high.

Anna was not only the co-organizer for this return of the LRT to New York, but also our hostess with the "most-est". She housed us in her wonderful apartment for a week, and accommodated all of our needs beautifully. It was the "command center" for the LRT, our daily e-mail workload, assistants meetings, dinners and late night talks....as well as the refuge for us to hold our private Liberation Breathing® Sessions with numerous clients. Anna handled the New York City heat, and our presence in her modest sized condo with the aplomb and graciousness indicating her mastery, far beyond our expectations. She is committed to her spiritual evolution and realizing it through service to her rebirthing community in NYC, as well as through travel to India with us the past two years.

The meeting room at Integral Yoga was conducive to a wonderful training. It was spacious and light, and had an air of sacredness that helped people overcome their resistances. The breathing sessions were powerful, and many new people who had never experienced conscious connected breathing before, were amazed at how rejuvenated they felt after the one hour breathe. Also, many who felt their relationships were stuck, left the LRT with the tools and new hope that they can create a future different from their past.

Many Good Thanks goes out to the assistants of the NYC LRT, including Megan Gouldner who could not make it to the completion party. It was truly a team effort, and the people who were new to this life changing material were very supported by the experience and love of the assistants. We felt very close to this New York team, and look forward to the community growing and flourishing in the years to come. Dublin Embraces

Sondra and I were happy to present the LRT in Dublin, on the final leg of our eight week long European tour. Many new people had their first taste of the power of their own breath to help them release old traumas and negative thoughts. It was a powerful weekend, and Rosemary Khelifa with friends Vesco, Laura and Sereena were able to bring people together for a successful event for all involved. People were touched deeply in the forgiveness section, and some let go of old grievances they had held for many years.

We completed the training with a ceremony to the Divine Mother, offering rose petals to the Altar and reciting the 108 Names in a culmination of gratitude. Rosemary rose to the occasion and provided more rose petals than we have ever had. The sense of abundance filled the ceremony, as we offered a plethora of petals as we read each name.

In County Wicklow, near the small village of Roundwood, an illustrious character, Victor Langheld, who is one of Rosemary's friends, built a sculpture park containing some of the most amazing Ganeshes I have ever seen. Some over nine feet tall, carved out of dark gray granite from India, these Ganeshes form the mainstay of his park, built for the spiritual edification of the visitors. Rosemary took us to see this place after the LRT.

Meandering along the park's path, the visitor comes upon many other interesting sculptures that speak of the pilgrim's stages along the way to enlightenment. This large Buddha in the "desert period" in which he starved himself, speaks of the austerities many of the ancient yogi's put themselves through for God-realization. Cast in Bronze, this sitting Buddha has a presence that stuns a person, as they come upon it unexpectedly during their park trek through the woods.

We inevitably ended our saunter back at the place of the Ganeshes. These were so delightful, I did not get tired of being in their presence. There was a sense of great joy coming out of them, and even the little rodent characters around them showed an everyday quality of humanism, especially the little guy working on his MAC computer, sitting at the feet of a huge Ganesh.

Royal Swedish

Loving Relationships!

Because Sondra is one half Swedish, the biggest half, a reunion always is in store when she visits her "Swedish Sisters" in Stockholm. Our organizer, Lena Kristina Tuulse, and her husband Toomas Tuulse, along with the help of Eva Gundberg, with the assistance of Hans Moberg and Tiina Pedak, came together to bring us to Sweden to present the New Frequency for Relationships at Lena Kristina's Life University Center in the country. The hospitality of Swedish hearth and home was extended, and Toomas kept the fires of the heart burning during this extra special visit to Sondra's ancestral homeland.

The New Frequency for Relationships was also the theme of our time together with these good friends and fellow rebirthers. The seminar was well attended, but the real closeness was with our Swedish "family" that gives us a "home away from home" welcoming.

Sondra met up at the Hotel Diplomat in Stockholm with her long time friend Boel Lindberg, who works for the Swedish State Department. Boel is also a talented Ikibana master, the art of Japanese flower arranging. She was busy with the Royal Wedding of the Princess Victoria, which happened the weekend after our visit. As our day in the city unfolded, we took a great walk amidst the Swedish energy of celebration. We passed many picturesque and classic European venues. This statue of one of the Swedish founding fathers was impressive, near the Stockholm Opera House.

We continued our stroll through Stockholm, and wandered into various fashion designer shops, while Sondra, Eva and Boel had their "ladies day out". The day was cool and sunny, with wonderful clouds and atmosphere that lifted our spirits as we got to know the city from ground level. Many were out on the town, getting into the spirit of "Tillsammans", which means "togetherness", as the energy for the Royal Wedding was building in the air.

All around the city were the signs of the upcoming Royal Wedding, and postcards of the couple were out in the stores. The proud people of Sweden were on the verge of celebration. We were glad to have this day in the city with Eva and Boel. Our time in Sweden was heartfelt, and though the anticipation of the Royal Wedding was on the verge of capturing everyone's attention, we felt the real Swedish "royalty " to be our loving relationships with the friends of Sondra's ancestral roots and home. Many Thanks to Lena Kristina, Toomas, Eva, Boel, and Hans & Tiina for helping to make our stay in Sweden one of deep gratitude. You form the real royal court in our hearts.

Liberation Training in

Near Barcelona, in the sleepy little town of Caldes de Montbui, Sondra and I presented a Liberation Training™ in the thermal waters used for centuries to restore people to health, all the way back to Roman times. The Liberation Training™, an advanced wet-rebirthing intensive, offers people five days of training and processes in the natural hot springs. Always to be done in hot springs, the knowledge of the teaching was given to Sondra from the Divine Mother in the mid-1990's, with the instruction that it must always be done in natural thermal waters. The natural springs are the Divine Mother herself, so the energy of Mother Earth surrounds the participants and aids them in the furthering of their process.

Maria Jose Borras found this perfect setting for the training in a hotel equipped with natural thermal baths. The old town of Clades de Montbui is a place where many come to relax and rest in the thermal springs. Many of the people who came to the Liberation Training™ had attended the LRT in Valencia. The five days were filled with deep sharing, basic teachings on the rebirthing process, sessions on A Course in Miracles, and the Liberation technique from the Divine Mother. In the evenings there was time to stroll the quaint streets of this medieval town, and enjoy the old world atmosphere of a time before cars. Sondra, Maria Jose, Mao and I had many walks down these delightful thoroughfares, especially on the Sunday evening after the Festival of Corpus Christi, when the streets were dotted with colorful murals of confetti, to honor the spirit of JOY and COMMUNION.

We were very impressed by the quality of the rebirthing sessions that occurred at this training. The rebirthers present were well instructed in the art of processing people through their fears. One of the participants in her 60's, who had almost drowned as a girl, had not put her head under water since then. She was aided by Vicente Dominguez Solera in her session, and helped to totally overcome this old, old fear. After her breathe in the water, she came out glowing and happy, saying she had a miraculous turnaround. No more fear, she had totally immersed herself in the thermal water and let go of her childhood trauma. This was just one of the "miracles" we witnessed while the people were going through their processes and being aided by the Divine Mother to let go of debilitating thoughts and memories. The biggest miracle was the joy people felt at the end of the five days. We ate together in the hotel, and the spirit of togetherness lifted all to inner peace and gladness.

Maria Jose Borras, one of the most experienced rebirthers in Spain, produced a very successful Loving Relationships Training at the Hilton Hotel in Valencia. Aided by her fiancee, Mauricio Lozada Zuluaga, the LRT was well received in the Valencia breathwork community, and over 60 people were in attendance. Oti Navarro and Eduardo Oroval helped in the translation, so all could receive a very deep cleansing of old negative patterns inherited from birth, family, youth and negative past experiences. Sondra and I were impressed at how receptive the students were to taking responsibility for their thoughts...and moving into the breathing sessions with a willingness to let go of the thoughts sabotaging their life. Maria Jose had prepared them well, and our work flowed much easier as a result of her advance preparations.

Maria Jose, also trained in the art of Family Constellations Counseling, is dedicated to the service of her community, and is respected by many as the one who has helped them to get clear on their relationships and their life. She has served Sondra for many years, and has merited the use of the name Liberation Breathing® Facilitator. We are very grateful for her professionalism when it comes to rebirthing her clients, and exceptional ability as an organizer who can produce events with the smoothness of a master. Also, her devotion to the Divine Mother and to Sri Maha Avatar Babaji deepens her work with a spiritual conviction greater than most. THANK YOU ! Portugal: The LRT

in Lisbon is

a Miracle for Many

We landed in Lisbon after the Estonia workshop, and were met at the airport by Marisa Loureiro, the wife and co-organizer with Alexandre Neto, who started a very thriving center in Lisbon called New Freedom. We had a day in the city before the events began, which Sondra loves as one of Europe's most beautiful spots. From a terrace restaurant on the top floor of one of Lisbon's fine hotels, we could get a glimpse of the whole city, and the striking terra cotta rooves that adorn the city from above. A mixture of old world charm and new world modernism, Lisbon has evolved into one of the most cosmopolitan cities on the Iberian Peninsula.

New Freedom was formed by Alexandre a few years ago as a place that people could come for seminars to change their consciousness. Originally a student of NLP, Alexandre was moved by our meeting two years ago to begin studying A Course in Miracles. Now his center offers weekly classes on this highly important modern day scripture. So it made it easy for us to flow into his program offering, and present the LRT to his community, as they were already familiar with the principles in ACIM, and many already had been introduced to rebirthing.

The Loving Relationships Training is so basic to meet the spiritual and psychological needs for people to look at themselves, and to release the negative thought forms blockng them from experiencing total flow and happiness in their life. All the participants went deeply into their process, and thanked us for the training, making sure we would come back next year for another teaching engagement. We thought of doing another LRT, and a Liberation Breathing Intensive. We graciously accepted this invitation, and look forward to our return to this city of so much light.

Estonia Now !!

An LRT in Taalinn

Sondra and I were delighted to travel to Estonia to Give an LRT in Tallinn, the capital city. It was a last minute preparation pulled off with great finesse by Tiina Pedak, who is from Estonia, and her mate Hans Moberg, who hails from Sweden. Tiina saw that we had a one week gap in our schedule, and contacted us to come only a month or so before our departure. She and Hans produced the LRT in a wonderful Manor House just on the outskirts of the city. They were well instructed by Lena Kristina Tuulse of Sweden in breathwork, which made us the beneficiaries of this good training.

Sondra and I presented the LRT for the first time in Estonia, and the people were very receptive, because many had already been exposed for years to many rebirthing trainings. We were taken care of very well. Estonia, one of the Baltic countries, was once occupied by the Russians during the Soviet period. Now an independent nation again, the economy is thriving, and the period of Russian domination over. The Estonians are open again with their own national identity, and are reaching out to the European community and beyond.

The Divine Mother offering of roses completed our LRT, and many were moved by the power of reading the names out loud to the Altar. Always people are asked to think of one request to the Mother for a problem to be solved, and on many occasions this offering invokes the help to bring the solution.

Many thanks to Tiina and Hans, and to all the Estonians who helped bring the LRT here, and for their gracious invitation for Sondra and me to return next year. Also, special thanks to Annika, our translator, who made the training go very smoothly.

I painted, perhaps, my last Babaji in the trainings. From now on my instructions are to help teach in front of the room. So this Babaji in Estonia has special meaning to me. It is now in Tiina's rebirthing room in her home in Haapsalu. We traveled there the evening before we left, met Tiina's two small daughters, and explored the little town. Now we are close to Estonia, and look forward to our return.

Liberation Breathing® Along !

Our Italian Experience

Sondra & Michelangelo in Milan

Sondra and I began our tour of Europe 2010 in Milan, Italy, at the Chine Club Healing Center of Michelangelo Chieche, a long time friend and colleague of Sondra's. We were often treated like royalty by his very competent staff made up by Valeria, Poala, Luigi and Gratzi. Presenting a "Miracle Consciousness" weekend, we were happy to introduce new people to A Course in Miracles and Liberation Breathing®. All of the people received the benefits of giving up their anger and especially by forgiving all their family members. Michelangelo was on hand for translations in Italian, and his synergy with Sondra's in the seminar matched very well, and the language barrier was easily overcome.

It was a happy event, as many come to Michelangelo's center to heal themselves through reflexology and rebirthing, as well as through dietary changes and colon therapy. The center is like a home, and the people feel very nurtured by the Chine Club staff, as though the living room is the center for real healing, and hospitality the main medicine. We were very impressed......again, as Sondra has been coming here for many years to teach the people rebirthing and the Loving Relationships Training. We are treated like family and made to feel like honored guests. Michelangelo, a Babaji devotee and healing arts therapist of Muniraj, takes a group to India every year, like Sondra, to visit Babaji's ashram in Herakahn, in the foothills of the Himalayas. Dedicated to his spiritual awakening, a teacher in his own right, Michelangelo helps many to overcome their limitations and break out of old debilitating patterns of thought and behavior. We were very happy to start our European tour in Milan.

The group breathing session was the first time many experienced the power of their breath to clear them of past emotional trauma. There was much catharsis in the room, and the assistants were well trained by Michelangelo to help people through their difficult moments, and breath out the charge of fear or grief still stuck in their minds and bodies. The Divine Mother was very present to help, and many felt Babaji as well.

Paola is the office star who keeps the center running smoothly throughout the year. Micelangelo travels around the world with Valeria, his partner, teaching his methods of reflexology and diet, as well as rebirthing. We got to know Poala better this year, and she won our hearts over when we saw how giving she is to the people, and how essential is her role in the office. She keeps the programs organized in a most professional way. We are always happy to be in Milan, especially this year as our first stop.

Rome Was a Blend of Work,

Hospitality, the Vatican

and Shopping!

We took the train from Milan to Rome, and were met by our organizer and rebirther, Enza Carifi, with one of her assistants, Fiammetta Cerulli, at the Rome Central Station. It was a good week of hospitality and work, as we stayed with Enza in her newly renovated apartment. The meals were delightful every night, and we played Elvis and danced in the kitchen with her friends.

We worked the weekend in Rome with an LRT, and many people were surprised and uplifted by getting free of negative, repetitive family patterns. We had not been to Rome for two years, so it was great connecting with old friends. We had the opportunity to see the Vatican as well, which took a whole day. Honestly, we felt that experience was very tiring and heavy, walking through a very patriarchal view of spirituality. The art work in the Vatican's vast collection often elevates suffering as holy, which is so unnecessary, and off, as far as we were concerned. We felt like we had "visual indigestion" afterwards. But we were glad to have seen the Vatican....and it was not long before we were restored by an exciting Roman shopping experience.

At the Spanish Steps many people congregate and come to stroll along the streets where many Italian designers have their shops. One day took us to this area, and we experienced more of Rome's flavor that is so friendly to pedestrians.

We stopped to rest our feet in one of the many cafes, and were serenaded by an accordian player in our midst. The highlight for us was of course the LRT and the breath sessions, but it was a great asset to be in the vibrant and alive atmosphere of Rome, walking the streets and seeing the city. In one of the restored Hotels where we also stopped to relax, we were impressed by the architecture and artwork that was so beautiful....and prevalent everywhere it seemed.

A big thank you goes to Enza and all of her friends, including Dr. Osvaldo Sponzilli, for making our stay in Rome very rich and relaxing, and productive as well. It was great to bring the Loving Relationships Training back there...and many people commented on how much benefit they received from the wisdom being shared.

We are looking forward to our return to Rome on the next European tour, so we can continue to extend the good work of Liberation Breathing®. Bole Baba Ki Jai!

In Greece, Athen's "OM CENTER" is Host

to Sondra's Teachings

Before the India Quest, Sondra Ray stopped over in Athens to present a weekend seminar at the new "OM Center", founded by Ilaira Bouratinos. In addition to discussing her most strong insights into Relationships, and how our type of birth affects our life and our relationships, Sondra introduced many new people to the Liberation Breathing® process. Some had experience in rebirthing from a growing community of breathers in Athens, but getting the teachings directly from Sondra, and the new vibrations of the Divine Mother through Liberation Breathing, further enhanced the depth of their breath sessions. Many got profound insights into their "case", and how their negative thoughts were affecting their lives.

Special thanks goes to one of Athens' experienced Rebirthers, Dr. Viannis Vousvoukis, who spearheaded the organization for this Athens Seminar. He generously provided his lovely Athens apartment for our "headquarters", and graciously hosted us with his very fine attention, care and love. He also made his apartment available for our many private consultations and Liberation Breathing® Sessions, which he helped to schedule and arrange. In addition to maintaining a full time medical practice of Dermatology in Athens, Dr. Vousvoukis has a rebirthing practice as well, helping many to liberate themselves from their debilitating negative memories and thoughts, through the power of their own breath. We are so grateful that he provides a strong support for the rebirthing community in Athens.

On the grounds where Socrates walked and talked, it was humbling for us to be in the place on earth where Western Civilization began in a strong way. Athens has preserved the old, so the vibrations of the ancients are still present around many turns and down many narrow walkways. Within a minute walk of the OM Center, many ruins of Athens' beginnings are apparent. One could nearly feel the energy of philosophy's passionate spokesmen making their dialogues on the very grounds before us. We were happy to have this close contact with the essence of Athens, and its great contribution to Western Culture.

At the newly renovated OM Center, Ilaira Bouratinos has created a learning center well suited for classes in Yoga, Shiatsu, Rebirthing, and many other healing arts. It was a perfect setting for us to introduce Liberation Breathing® to the Rebirthing community in Athens, and to present the power of the Divine Mother through a reading of the 108 Names of Her at the end of the seminar. We all did a "puja", an offering, to the Divine Mother by reading the names and pitching rose petals toward Her Altar. Many were very moved by this experience, and the whole group sent their blessings toward Ilaira's new pregnancy, and to the child she is carrying. Gratitude was the final energy permeating the OM Center. And our hearts were filled with an urge to honor Ilaira's and Yiannis's diligent work to bring us to Athens for the people there. We left them with the painting of Babaji that Mark painted in the workshop. Many thanks to you and all the people of Athens who made our work flowing and easy, inspiring and deep.
